We are absolutely over the moon to announce we won the ‘Outstanding Achievement’ award at the 2022 Caribtours Gala dinner on Thursday.
Their annual brochure launch and awards dinner took place at Claridges’ in London with over 150 agents in attendance from all over the country. This year was the first in three years that they included awards in the evening, an event we have been multiple awards winners at. Over the past years we have won six separate awards, but none bigger than this year.
A relationship like we have with Caribtours doesn’t happen overnight. It’s something that has grown over the last twenty years, as we have continued to champion independent travel businesses, rather than feeding the ever-increasing commoditisation of the industry. Caribtours, like us, believes in great service, and outstanding product knowledge and have key relationships in all the right areas so that you can have the best holiday possible. Of course, if something goes wrong, then there is always the backing that it will be personally dealt with. These are things you just don’t get on the internet.

Yesterday, I sent a thank you email to Paul (Caribtours’ Owner/CEO) and Rebecca (Head of Sales), to thank them for what we believe is the best event on the travel calendar.
