There is so much to explore on our doorstep and when you scratch the surface you find a whole different country filled with everything you would possibly want from a holiday. Yes, even in the summer the weather might not be on our side if you’re craving for some sunshine – but there is so much more to a holiday, it’s about the experience.
We have something for everyone, be it a relaxing weekend away, an adventurous week learning new skills or sports, stretching your legs either walking or cycling or a family-friendly week by the sea. That’s as well as the many traditional coach holidays we are able to book, and escorted tours by many of our partners.
2021 doesn’t have to be another year without a holiday, and the flexibility to drive from your home is quite attractive through a pandemic – especially when travelling to your own hideaway in the country or accommodation near the sea. Reminisce about former holidays, together with a bucket and space and sandy sandwiches!

CYCLING
See more of the countryside by taking to two wheels instead of four. Many cycle routes are very leisurely, it’s not the Tour de France!
WALKING & HIKING
There are some fantastic walking and hiking routes all around the UK, with something for all abilities, and for the most adventurous conquering the three peaks.
TRAINS
We have some fantastic heritage rail journeys right on our doorstep – the North York Moor Railway, the Jacobite railway in Scotland and many other local and regional lines.
BOATS
Stay on a narrowboat on a canal, or experience the expanses of the Norfolk broads on your own boat.
MULTI-ACTIVITY
Anything from yoga to surfing and everything in between! Find your inner daredevil and try something new!
ART
Relax while painting, or practicing photography whilst on holiday – usually with a specialist leader who can hone your skills over the trip.
GASTRONOMY
The UK is certainly known for having some of the best restaurants in the world, many with Michelin stars in Cornwall, Cotswolds or Scotland. If you have the urge, then there are many who have cookery lessons too!
