For the last thirty years, we have taken pride in creating a business where we are true experts in our field. Between us, we have well over a hundred years of experience in the travel industry, travelling to different corners of the globe so we can give you the best impartial advice possible.
Although we are individuals and have had different experiences, we work together, because two or three minds are often better than one – and we sometimes have different angles where we can add to your holiday.
There’s also our admin and concierge team, who’ll do everything you need to make your holiday special – whether that’s simple tasks like booking assistance at the airport, printing boarding passes – or something more complex in resort, we’ll always do our best to do it for you.
Jackie founded TravelTime World with her husband David in the early 90’s, after their son James was born. As an active soul, Jackie likes nothing more than an activity holiday, or skiing in the winter – and can often be found on a luxury cruise in the summer.
Ashley started as an apprentice with TravelTime World twenty years ago, and is now a co-director and shareholder. He has travelled extensively around Europe, with detailed knowledge specifically on the Canary Islands and Germany – although loves exploring new and exciting destinations.
Tricia joined us in 2023 and works most of the year from Portugal. She has a long career in the travel industry, including stints at both TV Travel Shop and Expedia.
Vonda works with us on a Saturday and will be on hand to assist with many parts of your holiday, as well as helping with our events and promotions.

Amanda joined us in January 2024, rejoining the industry after four years out due to the pandemic. She has vast experience working for both mainstream and independent travel agencies in Hertfordshire, as well as at tour operators specialising in city breaks. You’ll also find her teaching Zumba!
