It’s that time of the year again, when we start getting the first few changes through for the winter. Unfortunately it doesn’t seem that summer has even properly started before we think about it this year…!
However, first out of the blocks for the first new routes of the winter is easyJet, with a handful of new services from the UK, but two notable ones for us near London.
From our nearest airport, Luton – easyJet is to start a new thrice-weekly service to Enfidha, on the Tunisian coast. They will operate on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday afternoons throughout the winter.
In addition, they are to serve the northern Icelandic city of Akureyri, giving an alternative to Reykjavik to see the northern lights and other outdoor activities.
Elsewhere, Southampton is going to be linked to both Glasgow and Belfast, Grenoble is switched from Liverpool to Manchester, Southend to Paris, Bristol to Marrakech, and its new base in Birmingham gaining Paris and Lyon.
