In Coronavirus

Especially for those of us who love the freedom to travel, we know these weeks of ‘enforced lockdown’ are difficult. We grasp the optimism this won’t last forever and a new normality will emerge.

As we wait for this pandemic to pass, we aim to serve the whole community the best we can, both with travel queries and problems; and helping within the community.

We have taken the decision to place Angela on the government’s ‘Job Retention Scheme’ (also known as Furlough) starting April 1st. She will however be taking up voluntary work, assisting those who need help in our community at this difficult time.

Likewise, if you have any travel related problems – either large or small which you haven’t booked with us, we would be more than happy to help you. It at least might save you from waiting on the phone all afternoon if we can point you in the right direction!

As promised there is an updated TV list for the week ahead. Of course there is some great inspiration especially for holidays to Latin America, but also Asia and even at home in the UK.

As we said last week, we took the decision earlier in the week to restrict access to our office, but you can still keep in contact with us in the usual way. You can call us on 01442 879787, where one of us will be available to talk to during the normal working hours (Ashley is currently working from home) or email us at admin@traveltimeworld.co.uk. Or in emergencies on call our 24 hour number, 07973 499909.

We really hope everyone is well and remains well over the coming weeks. With the situation changing day by day, we keep on top of how that effects travel around the world. For anyone directly affected by restrictions on travel, we will contact you as soon as we can with an update.
