Day 1: Arrive in Buenos Aires
Welcome to Buenos Aires, the capital and largest city of Argentina. You will be greeted by a representative at the airport and transferred to your hotel. Depending on your arrival time, you can relax at the hotel or explore the nearby attractions. You can also enjoy a welcome dinner at one of the many restaurants in the city. Day 2: Buenos Aires Sightseeing
After breakfast, you will embark on a full-day sightseeing tour of Buenos Aires, covering both the historic and modern aspects of the city. You will visit the Teatro Colón, one of the most prestigious opera houses in the world, with a stunning interior decorated with marble, wood, and mosaic. You will also visit Puerto Madero, a former port area that has been transformed into a modern and vibrant neighbourhood with cafes, restaurants, and skyscrapers. After lunch, you will visit the Recoleta, an elegant district that features colonial buildings, museums, and the famous Recoleta Cemetery, where many notable Argentines are buried, including Eva Perón. You will also visit the Jardín Japonés, a beautiful Japanese garden that was donated by the Japanese community in Argentina.
Day 3: Buenos Aires to Iguazú Falls
Today, you will leave Buenos Aires and fly to Iguazú Falls, one of the most spectacular natural wonders in South America. You will check in to your luxury hotel and have some free time to enjoy Iguazú Falls at your own pace. In the evening, you can take a boat ride to see the falls from a different perspective or watch a cultural show featuring local dances and music.
Day 4: Iguazú Falls Sightseeing
Today, you will explore more of Iguazú Falls and its surroundings. You will start with a visit to the Argentine side of the falls, where you can walk along various trails and bridges that offer stunning views of the cascades. You will also visit the Garganta del Diablo, the largest and most impressive waterfall in the park, where you can feel the spray and hear the roar of the water. After lunch, you will visit the Brazilian side of the falls, where you can enjoy panoramic views of the entire park from an observation platform. You will also visit the Parque das Aves, a bird sanctuary where you can see hundreds of exotic birds, such as toucans, macaws, and flamingos.
Day 5: Iguazú Falls to Mendoza
Today, you will leave Iguazú Falls and fly to Mendoza, the capital of Argentina’s wine region and a gateway to the Andes mountains. You will check in to your luxury hotel and have some free time to enjoy Mendoza at your own pace. Day 6: Mendoza Sightseeing
Today, you will enjoy a full-day sightseeing tour of Mendoza and its surroundings. You will start with a visit to Aconcagua Provincial Park, where you can see Mount Aconcagua, the highest mountain in South America and one of the Seven Summits. You will also visit Puente del Inca, a natural bridge over a river that was formed by mineral deposits. After lunch, you will visit some of the famous wineries in Mendoza, such as Bodega Catena Zapata, Bodega Norton, or Bodega Salentein. You will learn about the wine production process and taste some of the best wines in Argentina.
Day 7: Mendoza to Bariloche
Today, you will leave Mendoza and fly to Bariloche, a picturesque town in Patagonia that is known for its alpine scenery and chocolate shops. You will check in to your luxury hotel and have some free time to enjoy Bariloche at your own pace. You will also visit the Cerro Campanario, a hill that offers panoramic views of the lake and the mountains. After lunch, you will visit the Cerro Catedral, a ski resort that is one of the most popular in South America. You will also visit the Colonia Suiza, a charming village that preserves the traditions and culture of the Swiss immigrants who settled in the area.
Day 9: Bariloche to El Calafate
Today, you will leave Bariloche and fly to El Calafate, a small town that is the gateway to Los Glaciares National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You will check in to your luxury hotel and have some free time to enjoy El Calafate at your own pace. In the evening, you can visit the Glaciarium, a museum that showcases the history and science of glaciers.
Day 10: El Calafate to Perito Moreno Glacier
Today, you will leave El Calafate and drive to Perito Moreno Glacier, one of the most impressive and accessible glaciers in the world. You will join a guided tour that will take you to the best viewpoints of the glacier, where you can see its massive ice wall and hear its cracking sounds. You will also have the option to join an ice trekking tour that will take you on top of the glacier, where you can see its crevasses, caves, and streams. After lunch, you will drive back to El Calafate.
Day 11: El Calafate to Ushuaia
Today, you will leave El Calafate and fly to Ushuaia, the southernmost city in the world and a base for exploring Tierra del Fuego. You will check in to your luxury hotel and have some free time to enjoy Ushuaia at your own pace. You will start with a visit to Tierra del Fuego National Park, where you can see the stunning landscapes of forests, lakes, mountains, and glaciers. You will also visit Lapataia Bay, where you can see the end of National Route 3, which is also known as the Pan-American Highway. After lunch, you will visit Beagle Channel, where you can take a boat trip to see various islands that are home to sea lions, penguins, and birds. You will also visit Les Eclaireurs Lighthouse, which is also known as the End of the World Lighthouse.
Day 13: Ushuaia to Buenos Aires
Today, you will leave Ushuaia and fly back to Buenos Aires, where you will spend the last night of your holiday. You can enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure, relaxing at your hotel or exploring more of Buenos Aires.
Day 14: Depart from Buenos Aires
Today, you will be transferred to the airport for your flight back home. You will take with you many memories and experiences from your holiday to Argentina.
