Package holiday operator Jet2 is to launch a new base at Luton airport, with a number of familiar sun destinations next summer. The new services will start to launch in April, through to the peak summer months, although only Verona and Funchal will be new or returning to the airport after a number of years.

Although we like easyJet and the easyJet holidays product, we’re also an agent for Jet2, who until recently have only operated from the South East at Stansted Airport (and continue to operate a much wider selection of destinations and frequency from the Essex airport), it does add a different dynamic to what we can offer locally. After all, we advocate that it’s best to fly from your local airport where possible, instead of driving to far away airports like Gatwick or Birmingham.

The new services include:

London Luton – Antalya, twice weekly from 1 April 2025

London Luton – Palma de Mallorca Up to 6 weekly, from 1 April 2025
