Ikos’s newest resort, Kissamos in Western Crete, will be on sale this Wednesday, July 2, for reservations in 2026. The brand-new hotel is located to the west of the beautiful city of Chania in Western Crete, which will open its doors in April 2026. Ikos Kissamos is set to impress when it opens in April 2026 on the stunning Kissamos Bay in Crete. Spanning over 53 acres of lush gardens and stretching nearly 600 m along a pristine beach, this all-suite resort comprises 414 rooms, bungalows, and villas accommodating up to 1,280 guests. This includes two Deluxe room areas, two Standard zones, beachfront buildings, a spa and theatre complex and sports facilities. Accommodation ranges from generous suites with sweeping garden or sea views to deluxe villas with private pools, and family-sized bungalows. As with other Ikos resorts, you can upgrade to the Deluxe Collection for extra perks such as exclusive pools, bespoke dining experiences, and complimentary spa treatments

Facilities at Ikos Kissamos are designed for enjoyment and convenience. Sports enthusiasts can hit the court for tennis or padel, explore by mountain bike, or join in water sports straight off the beach. Wellness is also front and centre, with a luxurious spa powered by Anne Sémonin products, fitness centre, children’s clubs and thoughtfully landscaped gardens—including sensory zones such as a Butterfly Garden and Sea Lavender Maze.
