Paris, France

Paris

Paris is a city where architecture and atmosphere go hand in hand. From the grandeur of Haussmannian boulevards to the gothic spires of Notre-Dame and the glass-and-steel modernity of the Fondation Louis Vuitton, the French capital offers a blend of past and present unlike anywhere else. Wandering through the Left Bank, the Marais, or Montmartre, each neighbourhood reveals its own visual rhythm—courtyards, façades, and ironwork balconies that turn everyday streets into works of art. Landmarks like the Eiffel Tower, Sacré-Cœur, and Arc de Triomphe remain timeless icons, while lesser-known gems such as the covered passages and the Coulée Verte provide quieter architectural highlights.

Paris is just as much about its cultural layers as it is about its skyline. The city has long been a global centre for art, literature, and fashion, and continues to evolve. Major institutions like the Louvre and Centre Pompidou house world-renowned collections, while independent galleries and bookshops keep the creative spirit alive in smaller corners of the city. Music ranges from classical concerts at the Philharmonie de Paris to jazz clubs hidden in cellars in Saint-Germain-des-Prés. Whether you’re catching a ballet at Palais Garnier or browsing vintage vinyl in the 11th arrondissement, there’s a constant sense of cultural depth beneath the surface.

Food in Paris is tightly woven into daily life and often enjoyed slowly and without fuss. Markets like Marché Bastille or Rue Cler offer fresh produce, cheeses and pâtisserie, while cafés spill out onto pavements serving espresso and people-watching in equal measure. For something more substantial, Parisian bistros deliver everything from steak frites to duck confit, often with a well-priced house wine. Beyond the traditional, the city is also home to a thriving modern food scene—natural wine bars, inventive tasting menus, and bakeries putting a fresh spin on classic viennoiseries. Whatever the setting, food in Paris remains tied to tradition, seasonality, and a deep respect for the craft.

La Belle Juliette

La Belle Juliette

Located close to Saint-Germain-des-Prés on the Left Bank, a 10 minute walk from the Jardins du Luxembourg and Musée d’Orsay, this charming hotel takes its name from Juliette Récamier, the famous beauty and socialite who hosted literary salons in the first decades of the 19th century.

The 45 rooms are stylishly decorated with a juxtaposition of antique furniture and bright contemporary colours. The highlight is an oasis-like garden, where you can enjoy breakfast as well as al fresco drinks in the summer months and there is a spa with small swimming pool, hammam and two treatment rooms.

Castille, Paris

Castille

We are delighted to feature this stylish boutique hotel with its outstanding location on Rue Cambon and interiors inspired by Coco Chanel whose first atelier, Maison Chanel is located next door. The beautiful 18th century building has 108 bedrooms split between two wings. Rooms in the Opéra wing are contemporary in style whilst those in the Rivoli wing are decorated in a classic French style from the 1930s. Restaurant ‘L’Assaggio’ offers a Mediterranean menu with Italian influences and it is possible to dine al fresco in the courtyard in the warmer months. Light dishes are available in the popular bar throughout the day and there is also a ‘Salon de Thé’. This is the perfect base to explore the heart of Paris; the prestigious Rue St. Honoré, the Place Vendôme and the Tuileries Gardens are on your doorstep.

Built in 1926, the Hotel Montalembert is in the heart of Saint-Germaindes-Prés, a short walk from the Musee d’Orsay and a stone’s throw from the Boulevard Saint-Germain. Its 50 rooms are decorated in elegant monochrome style with Art Deco touches redolent of the literary golden age of Paris. The elegant modern restaurant and bar offer breakfast, lunch and a tapas-style dinner in a warm, wood panelled dining room.
