It’s taken nearly nine months, but I have finally received my carbon literacy certification, issued by the Carbon Literacy Project. I have completed a couple of day courses, organised and tweaked by ABTA to give relevant content for implementation in the travel industry – both of which I was on a panel of how to communicate these themes and their context within the Green Claims Code.
We continue to learn and evolve what we do, which means changing and updating our policies upon that learning. That includes who we work with, how we do it, and what they are doing to be more responsible travel companies.
